Here is a close up of part of a full leg tattoo that I finished a couple of months ago on a dear friend of mine, consisting of many floral elements and insects with Japanese influenced rocks and water. If you’d like to view the entire tattoo, it should be featured in my first gallery post. We didn’t keep up with the number of hours that we had logged into the piece, but it took well over a year to complete the entire leg. I think that there are three cover ups included within the whole tattoo and I doubt that there is more than 15% of the skin left untouched. This was a great piece to work on- a real challenge and a wonderful experience for me. My friend, Shawn, deserves alot of credit for toughing it out during some pretty intense sessions to reach the finish line on this one.
