So my awesome client Kelly came back recently for another visit and we were able to finish his sleeve with 2 final days of work. We had decided to go with a bird on the back of his forearm, to fill up the bit of space left there and I was really excited to be able to add a sweet little mockingbird that I’d been hanging on to for juuuussst the right project. The bird had unfortunately begun healing by the third day, when we had our photo session so it’s a bit difficult to see, but, hopefully I’ll be able to get more photos of the sleeve after it’s fully healed.
It was a great experience for me- lots of interesting subject matter to tackle along with lots of interesting conversation while we progressed on the piece- who could ask for more? Insert smiley face here!
Octopus. A cool request and a great client= lots of fun for me.
This gallery features a selection of some of the Celtic work that I’ve done over the past couple of years. It’s a style that I love to work in and I’m constantly trying to learn more about it, refine my technique and to attempt new combinations. I always have Celtic projects going, so I look forward to updating this gallery often and there will likely be separate posts with progression shots, too.
Ok, here is another new gallery ( I think that I’m beginning to get the hang of this, finally). This one features portraiture and I’ll be adding more images gradually. Thank you!!
Here is an assortment of tattoos containing flowers. I tend to tattoo alot of them which is great because I enjoy them as subjects: there is such a huge variety of them and they can be added to anything. I should be adding to this gallery frequently, so stay tuned.
